Crossing the Threshold
A Deep Writing Retreat with Lorraine Gane
and PurnaMa
Our hearts can offer us an anchor into deeper peace to navigate the stormy waters of this challenging time and all the changes we may be experiencing in our lives. So, too, our hearts can be a portal to what we’ve been longing to express, even if we have only an inkling of what that is.
In this online retreat, we’ll plumb the depths of our creative reservoir and write with awareness, truth, and authenticity. We’ll start by engaging in gentle qiqong movement to relax our bodies, quieten our minds, and deepen into our hearts allowing a flow of writing on the page. We’ll then have an opportunity to share this in a supportive circle of heart-centred women.
Our time together will offer a refuge for reflection, renewal, transformation, and deep connection to our truest selves, those around us, and our creative source.
Sat. Nov. 25, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. PST (includes two short breaks)
