Raven Chapbooks Launch and Poetry Reading

Sat. June 17, 7 p.m. PST

Raven Chapbooks will be launching three new chapbook titles on Saturday, June 17^th, 7pm PDT by Zoom.

Featured poets are Marlene Grand Maitre, Susan McCaslin, and Ian Thomas.

Four additional Raven poets will read a few poems from their chapbooks: Zoe Dickinson, Lorraine Gane, David Haggart, and Kyeren Regehr.

Poetry as an Invitation

Poetry invites us to know ourselves, those around us, and the world in deeper ways. A poem may open, delight, startle, console, and inspire us. It may move us and connect us, so that suddenly we are no longer who we were—we are changed on subtle and even on profound levels.

Please join us for this evening and bring a poem or two that has touched you to read, or listen and respond to poems brought by others.
